The Candlelit Experience is a mobile service. Our instructors set up at the venue of your choice.

No Show Policy: Our instructors are required to remain on site 30 minutes past your booking time. If they have not been given instructions on how to enter your venue or you have not responded, they are required to leave. Please email us at info@CandlelitExperience.com to reschedule your service.

Cancellation Policy: As a mobile service, we do not offer cancellations. We will be happy to reschedule you for your next available date, which we will agree upon. Our Instructors reserve the right to reschedule during your service if they feel unsafe on your venue site in any way. Verbal notice must be provided.

Add-ons: On the day of service, you can add up to 5 more guests that weren’t originally paid for (Large Group Workshops only). An invoice will be sent and is due before the end of your service. If you live more than 30 miles outside of Central Dallas and did not select the Add-On when booking, you will be subject to payment before the end of the booking.

We’re so excited to share the candle-making experience with you! Please keep in mind that once your candle leaves our care, you are fully responsible for its use, storage, and handling. While we provide detailed guidance and safety instructions during your workshop, we cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, property damage, fire hazards, or other incidents that may result from the improper use, storage, or handling of your candle after the event.

Please be sure to carefully follow the candle care and safety guidelines provided so that you can help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at home. Candles involve open flame and melted wax, and improper use may result in injury or damage.

By participating in our workshops and taking home your handmade candle, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to assume all responsibility for the safe use of your candle.
